Place a sign on the property directing buyers to Jo-Ann Forster’s award winning website, UniqueHomesOfMiami.com and the website of your home.
If applicable, secure an individual property website for your home with a personalized website address (http://www.yourhomeaddress.com/) that will feature an electronic brochure of your home with property details, photos, video, aerial and street map, school and neighborhood information. In addition, a sign rider will be placed on the sign with the website address.
DIRECT MAIL
Promote your property through Just Listed Postcards, distributed to sellers, neighbors, buyers, and agents.
ADVERTISING
Advertise your property, when applicable, in the Miami Herald Home and Design Section and Neighbors Section, El Nuevo Herald and the EWM Mailers as applicable.
Subject to photography and price, your home may be featured in the Miami Herald Home and Design section for a Front Page or inside Advertorial, a Front Page Jewel Box Ad, The EWM full page, EWM’s Elite Ads, and/or Jo-Ann’s weekly column ad. Your home may also be featured in the Neighbors section as Jo-Ann often reserves a half page ad on page 2.
When applicable, an ad may be placed for your property in the Wall Street Journal's Special Florida Edition. This edition highlights properties in the Luxury Portfolio. Your home may have the opportunity to be featured, provided that it meets the criteria of the Luxury Portfolio and the Wall Street Journal. This edition of the Wall Street Journal is distributed to the entire State of Florida.

EWM’s Miami Dade Mailer is distributed to an extremely targeted audience throughout Miami-Dade County consisting of over 90,000 homes and condos in Miami-Dade that are assessed for more than $350,000 in the neighborhoods which we primarily serve. The EWM Elite Mailer (for high-end properties) is mailed to 15,000 homes and condos in Miami-Dade that are assessed for more than $1,750,000 in the neighborhoods which we primarily serve.
